On June 14, 2026, St Joseph Vaz Church Mudipu organized Small Christian Community Training for the Parishioners of Mudipu. The program began with Holy Eucharist Celebration at 7.30am by Rev Fr Sunil George Dsouza, along with Rev Fr. Assisi Rebello and Rev Fr Vikas Pereira. The workshop was led by Rev. Fr Sunil George Dsouza the director of the SCC-Mangalore Diocese. With his guidance, participants explored into the 7 steps used in small Christian community ward meetings, gaining new insights and inspiration for their own communities.
