The joyous celebration of the nativity of Mother Mary at St Joseph Vaz Church Mudipu, began with the blessing of the new corn and offering of flowers by children at 7.30 am. This was followed by the Eucharistic celebration. Fr Assisi Rebello Parish Priest, presided over the Eucharist along with Asst Parish priest Fr. Vikas Pereira, Children Children conducted the liturgy devotionally and the children’s choir with their melodious singing which added beauty to the day’s celebration. Finally sugarcane was distributed to all. .
