In view of the titular feast of St Joseph Vaz on January 16, confraternity Sunday was celebrated on January 11, 2026 with great devotion. The solemn Eucharistic celebration began at 7.30 am presided over by Rev. Fr. Vincent Sequeira along with Fr Assisi Rebello, Parish priest,
Fr. Vikas Pereira Asst parish priest. After the mass, followed the Eucharistic procession from St Joseph Vaz Church to Mudipu junction and then back to the church. Having reached the church, the main celebrant gave the benediction. Under the guidance of Rev. Fr Assisi Rebello, the Parish Priest, Mr Arun D’Souza, Vice President, Mr. Roshan Dsouza, Secretary, gurkars, various association and Parish Parishad members; gave a helping hand for the smooth organization of confraternity Sunday.
