Sacrament of Confirmation At St Joseph Vaz Church Mudipu
On 17th December at 5.00pm Fr Assisi Rebello Parish priest, Fr Ronald Pinto Asst Parish priest along with the Parish Pastoral Parishad members gave a floral welcome to the Bishop. After which held a short prayer at Church and visited cemetery and visited Shrine and He also held a meeting with the Finance committee and Parish pastoral Parishad members. On 18th December 2022 27 children of St Joseph Vaz Church, Mudipu received the Sacrament of Confirmation from Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, the Bishop of Mangalore. He took catechism for the candidates. This was followed by Eucharistic celebration. He also held a meeting with the All Association members and visited sick of 2 families of the parish and joined in Small Christian community meeting. Fr Trishan Dsouza Bishop Secretary Sr. Philomena Superior Holy Family convent, Mr. Naveen Dsouza, Vice president PPP Dr. Irene Veigas Secretary PPC and Parishioners were present.
